Plain-language operating policy

FrameYield is operated by FinalFlow · CVR 46076842, Tulipanhaven 142, 1. 3, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark. This page is a private-beta draft, not a substitute for qualified legal review. No real campaign or payment begins without an accepted order and the remaining launch gates.

01

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter the agreement and keep access to your account secure.

  • The FrameYield service provider is FinalFlow, a Danish sole proprietorship owned by Thomas Tobias Hansen, CVR 46076842.
  • Creators must be 18 or otherwise meet the age of contractual capacity in their market.
  • Payout availability is currently configured for Denmark. Other-country applications are waitlist-only until FrameYield signs the applicable launch review.
  • You may act for a company only if authorised to bind it.
  • One person or business may not create duplicate accounts to evade review or thresholds.
02

Marketplace role

FrameYield provides matching, creative workflow, measurement and ledger services for standard YouTube long-form thumbnails during the controlled launch. Creators control their content; brands control their campaign brief. Neither side is the employee, agent or exclusive partner of the other.

  • A match is not live until both parties accept the placement details.
  • YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok covers and live streams are outside current billable inventory and may not be submitted as long-form placements.
  • Platform terms and applicable law continue to apply independently.
  • No minimum number of offers, placements, impressions or earnings is guaranteed.
03

Campaign orders and funds

Each live campaign requires an order stating dates, regions, YouTube long-form format, budget, measurement method and rate. Brand funds are reserved before delivery and settled only against validated amounts.

  • Unused campaign balance is released under the campaign order.
  • Taxes, currency conversion and payment fees are shown where they apply.
  • Chargebacks or payment failures may pause future delivery and affected unsettled amounts.
04

Content and creative rights

Each party keeps ownership of what it brings to FrameYield. A brand grants only the rights needed to display the approved assets during the flight. A creator grants only the rights needed to render, verify and document the approved thumbnail placement.

  • No licence transfers ownership of a channel, video, brand or underlying work.
  • Each party confirms it has the necessary rights to submitted material.
  • Portfolio or case-study use requires separate permission unless the campaign order expressly includes it.
05

Acceptable use

You may not manipulate delivery, misrepresent identity, upload harmful material, scrape private data, evade safety controls or use FrameYield to break law or platform policy.

  • Automated or purchased traffic is invalid and may lead to account suspension.
  • Claims must be substantiated and material restrictions must be visible.
  • Referral links may not be self-attributed, circulated through controlled duplicate businesses or promoted without a clear disclosure of the potential media-credit benefit.
  • Security research must avoid accessing another participant’s data or disrupting the service.
05A

Founding Brand Circle

The public referral-program page describes an intended private-beta incentive. Attribution data may be recorded, but no credit is earned unless the referrer first accepts the versioned referral addendum shown as active for its account and the referred independent legal business completes every stated qualification gate.

  • A signup, introduction, application or reserved budget is not a successful referral.
  • The final calculation, caps, expiry, eligible campaign use and reversal rules are controlled by the accepted addendum version.
  • Media credit is non-cash and non-transferable and may never reduce creator payable.
  • FrameYield may reject or reverse duplicate, self, affiliated, fraudulent, charged-back or materially disputed referrals with a recorded reason.

Read the current plain-language program description on the Founding Brand Circle page.

06

Pauses and termination

A participant may stop using the service. FrameYield may pause an account or placement to investigate safety, rights, fraud, billing or compliance concerns.

  • Earned validated creator balances remain payable subject to lawful holds and payout requirements.
  • Active campaign orders explain any cancellation or wind-down rules.
  • Data retention after closure follows the privacy notice and legal accounting duties.
07

Service and liability

The beta is provided with evolving features and may experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and direct liability is capped by the greater of the fees paid to FrameYield for the affected campaign or the amount stated in its campaign order.

  • Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
  • Consumer rights that apply in a participant’s jurisdiction remain intact.
  • The legal entity is FinalFlow · CVR 46076842; governing law and venue must be stated in each counsel-approved production campaign order before launch.
08

Changes and contact

Material changes are dated and communicated before they apply to an active campaign. Emergency changes may take immediate effect where needed for law, security or platform compliance.

  • Archived versions remain available for campaign records.
  • Beta support: support@frameyield.com. Legal: legal@frameyield.com. Privacy: privacy@frameyield.com.
  • Additional campaign contacts are supplied in the signed campaign order.
  • Questions raised during beta are logged with the affected account and campaign.
09

Fees, tax and reporting

For CPM campaigns, FrameYield retains 20% of validated gross media spend and the creator receives 80%. The current launch has no separate creator withdrawal fee; any processor, receiving-bank, VAT, sales-tax, withholding or currency-conversion amount must be disclosed before it is charged or deducted.

  • Creators remain responsible for their own tax obligations unless law requires withholding, self-billing or platform reporting.
  • FrameYield may collect and report seller information under DAC7 or another applicable regime only with the required collection notice and correction process.
  • FinalFlow is the production contracting entity; VAT status and the invoice/self-billing process remain blocked pending accountant and legal sign-off.
  • The current payout-policy version, calculation, destination label, provider ids and state history form part of the payout record.
10

Payments are not escrow

Campaign funding uses the configured payment provider and an internal double-entry ledger. Unless a signed production agreement expressly and lawfully states otherwise, reserved budget is not a regulated escrow, trust or safeguarded client-money account.

  • Payment-provider terms also apply to billing, KYC, chargebacks and payouts.
  • A Stripe transfer to a connected account balance is not represented as payment to the creator’s bank; paid status requires the separate bank-payout state.
  • A material payout hold receives the affected amount, reason, next review and human-review route.
  • The private-beta qualification and method details are in the creator payout policy.
  • Live-money activation is blocked until payment-regulatory counsel approves the architecture.
